Behind the scenes
The production plant of PULSE is in China, in the beautiful area of Fujian province. Our factory has a very large production capacity and a premium quality control.
We have a complete in-house keyboard mold development and manufacturing: from the piano keys printing and assembly of the full keybed, the entire process takes place within one facility. We listen to our customers carefully having a very organized structure with mold engineers, structural engineers, and software and hardware engineers with more than 20 years of keyboard industry experience. Our factory makes intensive use of machinery and robots to assure consistent production.
About the factory
We have in-house musicians able to give instant feedback and suggestions to the development and production team, closely and constantly following the new technologies and new trends in the development of the keyboard industry, continuously optimize the technical structure, and deliver the best products and services to our customers.
Our products have all the necessary certifications and they respect all worldwide regulations.

Our services
From order to delivery, we can ensure -normally very short- fixed deadlines, with our bulletproof supply chain management. Our logistics is also very strong, and we are able to manage air shipping, train (to Europe) and containers.
We have a HUB located in Europe with a warehouse, sales engineers and a technical department: from here we can offer customer service, technical questions, order management, administration and logistics. The European warehouse is capable of handling small orders, urgencies and spare parts.

Another interesting activity of our European office is that we offer free samples of our keyboards together with demo boards "MIDI-READY": a single demo board will allow you to immediately test all our products. Our European staff speaks English.
